Definitely Beginning to See Results
I have been taking AlphaCleanse for about 3 weeks now. I have been consistent during those 3 weeks. It is too soon to report on the impact to my liver health. HOWEVER - I have noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. Once I fall asleep, I pretty much stay asleep. Before AlphaCleanse I would wake up multiple times to use the bathroom (3-4 times). Then I would struggle to get back to sleep. Over the last 3 weeks, my bathroom breaks have reduced to one. In addition to that, I get right back to sleep. No tossing and turning for 45 minutes struggling to fall asleep. So when I fall asleep I sleep longer and more restfully. I also am not plagued by crazy weird dreams like I experienced when I tried using melatonin to help me sleep. I’m also seeing some slow improvements in my digestion-less bloating and cramping after meals. Over all, I’m feeling pretty encouraged by my AlphaCleanse use so far and plan on giving it at least 6 months of consistent use. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I feel I need to be taking it for a longer period of time to give it the higher rating.
